Brothers and Sisters Behind Bars believes change doesn’t happen without relationship. Developing healthy relationships with individuals trying to change their lives can be essential to success. Mentoring can be challenging, but rewarding if done with care and support. Brothers and Sisters Behind Bars will provide you with the care and support you need to develop healthy mentor/mentee relationships.

If you are interested in becoming a mentor please read the Mentor job description. We encourage you to give this commitment thought and prayer before going forward. If you feel this is what you're called to do, complete the volunteer application and send it in. Someone from Brothers and Sisters Behind Bars will contact you to begin the process.

If you don’t feel you are ready to become a mentor but want to be involved, you can still help by coming to our social events!
